How do I join the Adkontekst programme?

To join the programme you have to present Polish content and you have to fill in the application form.

We will verify the application. If the result is positive, we will send you the click price (as percentage) and the contract via e-mail.

You will get access to the Publisher panel and a short login and editing instruction. The test period begins. In the panel you should specify:

• Box number
• Colour palette
• Categories that describe your website best

Send two signed copies of Contract to our address provided in the Contract. On receiving the Contract you will gain the right to withdraw the amount due on the basis of monthly invoices or bills.

What are the profits and advantages for me as the Adkontekst Boxes Partner?

The main profits for the Partner are:

What is the Adkontekst Partner Account?

It is a specially created panel in which, after logging in, you can generate bills/invoices and track, among others:

• detailed statistics of Adkontekst ad impressions on your website
• Valid Rerouting number
• the calculated remuneration

and edit such parameters as:

• Adkontekst Box colour
• the number of ads in an Adkontekst Box
• ad position

You can access the Panel from the login website.

Why do I have to choose thematic categories to describe my website?

There are 17 thematic categories in the Partner Panel. Categorisation has two key functions:

• Firstly, categorisation is the second (after automatic content analysis) level of adjusting ads to your websites. By choosing a channel you can give "suggestions" about the character and topic of the website to the system responsible for ad adjustment.
• Secondly, thanks to the channels (which are given thematic categories) you gain access to advanced statistics that help make key optimising decisions. You can also tell which form is the most effective.

Exactly what statistics will be presented in Adkontekst Partner Account?

After login to the Account you can constantly track:

• the number of Adkontekst ad impressions on your website
• Valid Rerouting number
• CTR
• CPC
• eCPM
• the calculated remuneration

All statistics are presented separately for each ad form. You can also export them to a .csv file.

All this in order for you to choose the most effective Boxes for each sub website quickly and conveniently.

Can I adjust the Adkontekst Box to the design of my website?

Yes. You can modify the following parameters:

• Adkontekst Box colour
• the number of ads in an Adkontekst Box
• ad position

after logging into you personal Adkontekst Partner Account.

What are the forms of Adkontekst Box presentation?

Can I change the number and form of ads in the Adkontekst Box?

Yes. You can do that after logging into you personal Adkontekst Partner Account.

Can I choose Advertiser whose ads I want to display?

No, there is no such possibility. However, you can block the ads of your competition so that they won't appear in Adkontekst Boxes on your website.

You can block the ads of your competition in the "competition filter" section of the Partner Panel.

How much can I earn monthly?

Your monthly remuneration depends on several factors, especially:

• where you display ads - the more eye catching, the bigger chance that they will be noticed
• ad looks - the more adjusted to the layout of your website, the bigger the effectiveness
• the number of clicks
• click rate proposed during registration

We would like to invite you to experiments aimed at choosing the best ad form for your website (catching the greatest attention of your users). Remember there is no perfect, universal and effective-for-all ad form.

How do you settle the remuneration?

If the due remuneration exceeds the required level, we will sent you and e-mail request for issuing an invoice for the calculated remuneration. The request is sent at the latest on the 5th of each month. We will transfer the money to the bank account given in the Contract within 14 days from receiving the invoice.

What does "Valid Rerouting" mean?

Valid Rerouting is a single action - the Internet user clicks an Adkontekst Box located on your website, provided that the click has not been generated by dishonest actions (unnatural click generating). The Adkontekst Boxes system verifies click validity.

For what period to I sign the Contract with NetSprint?

The contract is valid for an indefinite period. You can withdraw from the agreement at any time by informing us of your decision via e-mail.

What are the consequences of resigning from the Adkontekst Programme?

The are none. Let us know a month before you want to resign. We will pay you the amount due, provided that it exceeds the required level (PLN 5, net).

I am already an Adkontekst Partner. How can I add websites and Internet services other than the one given at registration?

Each website that you want to add to the Adkontekst Programme has to be verified. It has to be coherent with our regulations. REMEMBER! WEBSITES HAVE TO BE COHERENT WITH THE REGULATIONS.

What websites are banned in Adkontekst?

We do not accept websites with erotic, vulgar content, websites that spread intolerance or are against the law or the widely understood "good taste" in any regard. If you place the ad script on a website that violates our regulations and the Contact, we will end cooperation with immediate effect, without paying the fund accumulated on your account.
